The Article Highlights Coach Rheo’s Introduction of The DOA TRTO Method as an Innovative Approach to Addressing Depression, Emphasizing Its Focus on Physiological and Psychological Healing

JAKARTA, SUDUTPANDANG.ID – Stress and depression are still often overlooked by many people today. Yet in Indonesia, depression is reported to be the second most common illness after heart disease.

“This usually starts with stress. Prolonged stress can eventually develop into depression,” said Coach Rheo while speaking to journalists at the launch of the DOA-TRTO method at Studio XXI Epicentrum Walk, Ground Floor, Rasuna Said, Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (January 12).

“Stress should never be taken lightly,” added the young professional, widely known as a Mind Technology Expert. Coach Rheo emphasized the importance of taking mental health seriously. Although mental health disorders are common, he warned that they can become dangerous if not treated properly. “Mental health issues may be common, but if they are not handled correctly, they can put someone’s life at risk,” he explained.

During the event, Coach Rheo introduced an stress-management approach called the DOA TRTO Method. “This method is based on my own personal experiences, which I later developed to help many others. For me, this is a blessing, something that allows me to contribute meaningfully to the lives of others,” said Coach Rheo, one of the founders of Gadingkonseling Jakarta. (red)

Coach Rheo: The DOA TRTO Method Effectively Relieves Stress Caused by Trauma

Coach Rheo: The DOA TRTO Method Effectively Relieves Stress Caused by Trauma

jpnn.com, Jakarta – Traumatic experiences from the past can leave deep emotional scars and cause long-term stress in a person’s life. Mind Technology Expert Coach Rheo explains that, in scientific terms, this condition falls under Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). “Many recent studies show that people who are easily irritated or emotionally distressed often carry unresolved mental burdens from their past,” Rheo said during the launch of the DOA-TRTO Program: Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Therapy Online, held in Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (January 12).

If left untreated, Coach Rheo warned, prolonged stress can lead to depression and even physical health problems such as GERD, headaches, stomach ulcers, and cold sweats. “If not handled properly, these mental health issues can become life-threatening,” said Rheo, one of the founders of Gading Konseling Jakarta. According to him, the COVID-19 pandemic has further intensified various challenges, including moral, social, and economic issues.

Under his real name, Caezarro Rey Abishur, Coach Rheo introduced a therapeutic approach called DOA-TRTO (Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Therapy Online). He claims that this method helps individuals release emotional burdens in a neutral and natural way. “Neutral means the trauma related to a client’s experience returns to zero, like a newborn baby with no emotional wounds,” explained the BNSP-certified KKNI Level 6 Trainer (National Professional Certification Agency).

Worth Trying

According to Coach Rheo, trauma from past experiences, such as sexual abuse or rape, that typically requires years of treatment can be resolved in just one session using the DOA-TRTO method. “In less than 60 minutes, emotional burdens caused by PTSD can be neutralized,” said Rheo, who is also a co-founder of Yayasan Konseling Harapan Indonesia (YAKHIN). A number of celebrities have reportedly undergone sessions with Coach Rheo, including Barbie Kumalasari, Fadly Jackson, Hud Filbert, Roy Kiyoshi, Okky Baper, Ismi Melinda, Audrey Ff, and Santosa Amin.

Others include Sonia Wijaya, Elmand, Lee Sachi, Gendis Dewanti, Rudi Kawilarang, Dr. Panndu Izz Ranggabirawa, Usama Harbatah, Michael Yukinobu De Fretes, Oki Baper, as well as Mayang and Chika (siblings of the late Vanessa Angel). Coach Rheo holds international credentials as a Trainer and NLP Meta Master Practitioner of Neurosemantics from the International Institute of Neurosemantic, North Carolina, USA, an Associate Meta Coach from the Meta Coach Foundation, Colorado, USA, and a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming from the NLP Society Florida, USA.

He hopes his expertise can help as many people as possible as an expression of gratitude to God. “Let us use the abilities God has given us as a blessing to fulfill our humanitarian calling,” he concluded. (jlo/jpnn)

Getting to Know Coach Rheo, Award-Winning Innovator of DOA TRTO Physiopsychotherapy

Getting to Know Coach Rheo, Award-Winning Innovator of DOA TRTO Physiopsychotherapy

Coach Rheo, Indonesia’s first trauma relief expert, has once again achieved a major milestone in his career. He was recently honored with the Emerging Award by the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI) at the Festival Karya Cipta Indonesia, an event that marks an important moment for the development of psychology in the country. “This award from HIMPSI not only affirms my position as an innovator in the field of psychology, but also signals the beginning of a new era in mental health care,” Coach Rheo shared. The award recognizes his contribution through DOA Physiopsychotherapy, an innovative methodology designed to address traumatic emotional burdens in a comprehensive way.

The method has been acknowledged as an original Indonesian innovation with a significant positive impact on society. Rethinking Traditional Approaches According to Coach Rheo, the Divine Oracular Assistance (DOA) system differs fundamentally from conventional methods, which often focus on managing or accepting negative emotions caused by trauma. “We offer an approach that allows traumatic emotional burdens to be released systematically, consistently, permanently, and in a measurable way,” he explained.

Coach Rheo is also widely known for helping public figures and celebrities deal with psychological challenges. Among those he has worked with are Sophia Latjuba, Shandy Aulia, Karina Salim, Nisya Ahmad, Maya Septha, Aliando Syarief, Ozzy Syahputra, Yati Surachman, Sarwana Thamrin Warna, Fadly Jackson, and Barbie Kumalasari. Others include Tigris Valerie, Emily Young, Gendis Dewanti (Miss Polo International), Boy Tirayoh, Nobu, Roy Kiyoshi, Hud Filbert, Wenny Sukamto, Hanna Boone, Yunda Pratiwi, Bobby Saputra, ArDesy Natalia, and many more who have benefited from his work.

Rheo emphasized that DOA has proven effective in resolving a wide range of trauma-related issues, including sexual abuse, phobias, and post-traumatic stress disorder, often starting from the very first session. “This method allows individuals to move forward with their lives without being trapped by the shadows of the past,” added Rheo, who is also a co-founder of Yayasan Konseling Harapan Indonesia (YAKHIN).

A Global Vision: From Indonesia to the World

Coach Rheo hopes that the DOA system will gain international recognition and bring positive change to people around the world. “Negative emotions linked to trauma don’t have to be accepted or managed forever, they can be completely removed from within a person,” said Rheo, who is recognized as a Trainer and NLP Meta Master Practitioner of Neurosemantics by the International Institute of Neurosemantic, North Carolina, USA.

After more than ten years of hands-on experience handling various cases, Rheo officially introduced the DOA system in 2020. Since then, it has attracted the attention of many individuals and professionals who apply the method in different settings, demonstrating its effectiveness in supporting mental well-being. Receiving the HIMPSI award, Coach Rheo sees this as the first step toward a broader transformation in mental health care. He remains committed to continuing the development and wider adoption of the DOA system so that more people can experience its benefits.

“This is an important moment to reach the stage of liberation—true freedom from emotional burdens within ourselves,” concluded Rheo, who was born in Jakarta on March 23, 1983.

Daycare Violence: Unpacking the Emotional Triggers

Daycare Violence: Unpacking the Emotional Triggers

JAKARTADAILY.ID – The recent incident of a daycare worker harming a child, despite being pregnant herself, has raised troubling questions about the potential for violence in childcare settings. Trauma relief expert Caezarro Rey Abishur, known as Coach Rheo, sheds light on the complex interplay between emotional burdens and behavior.

The Amygdala Hijack: When Stress Overwhelms

Coach Rheo describes this phenomenon as an "amygdala hijack," where the body's fight-or-flight response overrides rational thinking. This can be particularly acute during pregnancy, when hormonal fluctuations couple with pre-existing emotional baggage to create a volatile emotional state.

Unpacking the Emotional Backpack

These burdens, often stemming from past experiences, can accumulate silently. We're conditioned to suppress emotions and "move on," but these unaddressed issues can manifest as sudden, uncontrollable outbursts.

Burnout and Resentment: A Dangerous Mix

Burnout from work or unresolved resentment can also contribute.  A daycare worker overwhelmed by work challenges might find it easier to vent frustration on a child who cannot readily defend themselves.

Recommendations for Mothers and Daycare Providers

Emotional Awareness: Coach Rheo emphasizes the importance of self-awareness. Recognizing and addressing emotional baggage is crucial for preventing future incidents. The article uses the example of Will Smith's public outburst to illustrate how unaddressed stress can lead to violence.

Letting Go, Not Just Controlling: Suppression only intensifies emotions. Learning healthy coping mechanisms for emotional release is essential.

Seeking Professional Help: For pregnant mothers experiencing the "baby blues" or increased irritability, seeking professional help can prevent escalation.

Strengthening Daycare Safeguards

Coach Rheo emphasizes the need for improved daycare standards. This includes:

Stronger SOPs: Clear and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) can guide staff in handling difficult situations.

Competent Staff: Daycare providers should prioritize hiring staff with the necessary training and certifications for handling emotional challenges.

Mental Health Support: Early access to mental health resources can equip daycare workers to manage stress and emotional burdens.

Public policy analysis

Pre- and Postnatal Support: Pre- and postnatal support groups can provide social support and practical guidance for mothers during this vulnerable period.

Building Community: Creating a community around new mothers, either through friendship networks or pregnancy support groups, can offer valuable resources and emotional support.

The Path Forward

By prioritizing mental health awareness, fostering open communication, and implementing robust childcare practices, we can create safer environments for both children and caregivers. These steps can help prevent future tragedies and ensure a nurturing environment for all children. (***)

Coach Rheo Reveals How to Overcome Trauma and Anxiety Among Celebrities: At First, There Were Doubts

Coach Rheo Reveals How to Overcome Trauma and Anxiety Among Celebrities: At First, There Were Doubts

JAKARTA – Health is an invaluable asset that must be carefully maintained, especially mental and emotional well-being, which is closely linked to inner calm, peace, and balance. Overcoming the shadows of trauma and fear is never easy, and living with deep-seated trauma and anxiety can be extremely distressing.

Caezarro Rey Abishur, widely known as Coach Rheo, shared insights into the method he has developed over the past 12 years to address his own life challenges, an approach that has proven effective in resolving phobias, trauma, overthinking, and anxiety within a relatively short period of time. “I used to be overwhelmed by fear and anxiety after the 1998 riots. Every night before going to sleep, my thoughts were disturbed. I was constantly afraid and worried about death. Living with deep trauma and fear is truly unpleasant,” Coach Rheo told reporters in Jakarta on Tuesday afternoon (22/11/2022).

Based on this personal experience, Coach Rheo began testing his approach with people within his circle, focusing on how to release trauma, phobias, overthinking, emotional wounds, and other emotional burdens. “At first, I doubted whether the results could last. I questioned whether emotional burdens that had been released might return. Because if emotions are removed only to come back again, then the change isn’t permanent,” he emphasized.

It can be said that the system Coach Rheo developed is highly unique. He believes he has found an answer to a question that has puzzled the field of human psychology for centuries, how emotional burdens can be fully released from a person’s nervous system. Born in Jakarta on March 23, 1983, Coach Rheo continues to refine this approach, offering a new perspective on emotional healing that aims to deliver lasting results rather than temporary relief.

Coach Rheo Turns Out to be An Expert in Trauma, Emotional Wounds, and Anxiety within Celebrity Circles

Coach Rheo Turns Out to be An Expert in Trauma, Emotional Wounds, and Anxiety within Celebrity Circles

INDUSTRY.co.id – Jakarta Proven to be effective in resolving phobias, trauma, overthinking, and anxiety in a short period of time, dozens of celebrities have sought help from Coach Rheo. Eliminating the lingering shadows of trauma and fear is far from easy. Living with deep trauma and anxiety is certainly uncomfortable.

Coach Rheo, whose real name is Caezarro Rey Abishur, is a self-development enthusiast who has spent the past 12 years developing his own methodology to overcome life’s challenges. “I used to be overwhelmed by fear and anxiety after the 1998 riots,” Coach Rheo told reporters in Jakarta on Tuesday (22/11/2022). Since the May 1998 tragedy, he frequently experienced irrational fear. His mind was constantly filled with worst-case scenarios about death. Every night before sleeping, his thoughts were disturbed by fear and anxiety surrounding mortality. This pushed him to seek solutions through various support systems.

“All of them helped to some extent, eased the burden, and supported recovery. But none truly healed me,” he recalled. It was not a short journey. For more than ten years, his time, energy, thoughts, and f inances were drained. Eventually, his persistence paid off. “One day, all the fear simply disappeared when I was able to release the emotional burden I was carrying,” he said. Starting from this personal experience, Coach Rheo began testing his approach with people around him, helping them release trauma, phobias, overthinking, emotional wounds, and other emotional burdens.

“At first, I doubted whether the results would last. Would the emotional burden return? Because there’s no point in releasing emotions if they just come back, it wouldn’t be permanent,” he emphasized. According to Coach Rheo, permanent freedom from emotional burden is the ultimate outcome people seek. One such experience was shared by Santosa Amin, a film director and voice actor for SpongeBob and Suneo, who was once his client. Santosa had struggled with a fear of heights since childhood. Whenever he imagined heights, he experienced hyperhidrosis, his hands would become excessively sweaty.

“Now my hands don’t sweat anymore. It’s been over two years since the emotional burden was released in just one session. My fear of heights is completely gone, permanently,” Coach Rheo quoted Santosa as saying. Another case involved Doni Ramadhan, a film producer and owner of Putaar Film, who suffered deep emotional pain after losing his wife to illness. His life fell apart, he lost motivation and was overwhelmed by sadness. “After meeting Coach Rheo, my life changed. I regained my spirit and fully accepted my wife’s passing,” Doni Ramadhan shared.

Grief often leaves a deep emotional scar, especially for those who lose loved ones. This was also experienced by senior director Sonny Gaokasak, known for films such as This Is Cinta, Bidadari Dari Surga, and Hafalan Shalat Delisha. He was deeply shaken by his father’s death during the COVID-19 period, leading to severe anxiety and fear of death that prevented him from working. “But that was the past. Now I can function normally again. After just one session with Rheo, I felt reborn. Being reborn isn’t only about marriage, moments like this can make you feel reborn too,” Sonny admitted.

The system developed by Coach Rheo is considered highly unique. It addresses one of psychology’s long-standing puzzles: how emotional burdens can be completely released from the human nervous system. This breakthrough was achieved by the Jakarta-born practitioner (March 23, 1983). Coach Rheo also supported Roy Kiyoshi during a difficult period when the celebrity was under detention, stressed, and unwilling to eat. After sessions with Coach Rheo, Roy was able to undergo rehabilitation at RSKO with peace of mind and left the facility in much better physical and mental condition.

Similarly, Luthfi Agizal, who faced intense public backlash during the “anjay” controversy, struggled emotionally when his parents were also bullied. After meeting Coach Rheo, he felt calmer, achieved many personal goals, married his partner, and is now celebrating the birth of his first child. Coach Rheo also helped actor Benk CB, known for his role as Kang Idoy in Dunia Terbalik, overcome a severe phobia of cats. Previously, he would scream and jump in fear whenever he encountered one. After just one session, his fear disappeared, he can now remain calm even when a cat walks near him.

One Session, Remarkable Results

In the entertainment industry, time is extremely valuable. Many actors and actresses seek fast, effective solutions to their mental struggles. Unfortunately, long treatment processes and dependence on medication often discourage them from seeking help. In many cases, assistance comes too late, as seen in several tragic cases involving Korean celebrities who chose suicide. As times evolve, so does technology for mental and emotional healing. Through personal experience, Coach Rheo developed a system that allows emotional burdens to be released effectively, sometimes in just a single session.

“The results can be permanent. Even if the issue is very complex and not fully resolved in one session, the system creates a drastic and immediate improvement from the very first meeting,” said Coach Rheo, who is recognized as a Trainer and NLP Meta Master Practitioner of Neurosemantics by the International Institute of Neurosemantic (North Carolina, USA). His work has received praise from academics, doctors, psychologists, counselors, educators, and business professionals. Stock expert and author Ellen May stated, “Coach Rheo is highly effective at removing negative emotions in a very simple yet permanent way.”

Psychologist Michael Christian, Director of Gading Counseling, added, “Rheo truly knows what he’s doing. Many people are surprised by how quickly he can help.” Dr. Aqli Budiman from Siloam Hospital shared, “This method quickly helps resolve trauma and mental burdens. What I felt disappeared during my session with Coach Rheo.” Swiss-born educator Liebe Polli said, “Coach helped me overcome a nine-year fear of f lying. Now I can travel abroad comfortably again.”

Counselor and Ministry of Finance assessor Lina Lais noted, “Rheo is truly gifted. He helps people release emotional burdens quickly and effortlessly.” Even Dr. Dewi Indra, owner of De Aesthetics Clinic in Pondok Indah, was astonished: “Coach Rheo is not a doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, or mental health specialist. Yet all my emotional burdens that kept me awake for days disappeared in just one session.” According to Rheo, constantly suppressing emotions is not the solution, it only causes emotional accumulation that can eventually explode. Emotional burdens, if left untreated, can lead to psychosomatic illness.

Coach Rheo has helped many public figures, including Jennifer Jill, Ozzy Syahputra, Yati Surrachman, Roy Kiyoshi, Barbie Kumalasari, and many others. He hopes that more people will become familiar with his DOA-TRTO (Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Technique Online) method, which has helped many individuals release emotional burdens and reclaim happiness, working alongside other existing support systems to create a happier world.

Suicides Linked to Mental Health, Coach Rheo: Like a Parasite, Hard to Remove from the Soul

Suicides Linked to Mental Health, Coach Rheo: Like a Parasite, Hard to Remove from the Soul

JAKARTA, iNewsTangsel.id – Mental health has become a critical issue today, including in Indonesia. Suicide is closely related to a person’s mental health condition, including among university students. One recent suicide case involved Bernadette Carolina Angglica Harinato (21), a student at Airlangga University (Unair), Surabaya. The 21-year-old student ended her life just before officially earning her degree as a veterinarian.

The victim’s body was first discovered by a security guard inside a car with license plate number AG 1484 BY in a shop-house complex in Tambak Oso Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java, on Sunday morning (November 5, 2023). When found, the body was already stiff; her head was completely wrapped in plastic, and her neck was taped.

Another case involved a female student with the initials SMQ (22), who died tragically after falling from the 4th floor of a building at Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta (UMY) in Kasihan, Bantul, on Monday, October 2, 2023. Based on the investigation, police suspected suicide. Previously, a male student from Bantul, DAP (19), was found dead by hanging in his boarding room in Candikarang RT02/RW08, Sardonoharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman, on Sunday, July 9, 2023. DAP was known as a quiet individual who rarely shared his feelings.

Data from the Indonesian National Police show that between January and June 2023, there were 663 suicide cases in Indonesia. This figure represents an increase of 36.4% compared to the same period in 2021 (486 cases). So how does Mind Technology Expert Coach Rheo analyze this phenomenon? According to Coach Rheo, the increase in suicide cases in Indonesia and worldwide can be triggered by economic pressure, which becomes a major source of mental burden. Many people have lost their jobs due to the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Coach Rheo explained that suicide cases are often triggered by various mental health-related issues, such as gender-based violence, bullying, cyber violence, incurable illnesses, economic pressure, and other problems. These burdens significantly affect a person’s mental well-being and are often difficult to overcome. He described mental burdens as being like parasites that are difficult to eliminate from the human soul. Science has studied how trauma occurs and how to manage it, but trauma often re-emerges. Many existing approaches only help individuals survive difficult periods, rather than permanently removing mental burdens.

Coach Rheo emphasized that the word “permanent” is often avoided in the mental health f ield, because many believe that mental trauma can never truly disappear. He referred to 2019 data from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, which showed that 20 war veterans commit suicide every day due to mental burdens, despite receiving the best psychological care available. Coach Rheo has developed a mental healing method known as DOA Physio Psychotherapy, which integrates physiological aspects into mental health treatment. This system differs from conventional psychological or biological approaches used in mainstream medicine.

According to him, emotions are complex physiological processes, making it essential to address bodily reactions to trauma, such as Amygdala Hijack, which is responsible for emotional responses. The goal is to neutralize the body’s reactivity to trauma. Coach Rheo stressed that before discussing mental health recovery, individuals experiencing heavy mental burdens must first reach a neutral state. As an analogy, a person with a broken bone must be healed first before being taught how to drive properly. He argued that many people focus heavily on education and theory related to mental health, but very few provide practical methods to address the physiological reactions caused by trauma.

Coach Rheo created the DOA (Divine Oracular Assistance) system, which allows individuals to resolve emotional burdens independently, without having to retell or relive their traumatic experiences. He described DOA as a unique and effective system. His vision is to make mental health care similar to physical health care, where people can manage their mental burdens themselves, rather than relying continuously on medication or therapists. Coach Rheo also emphasized the importance of distinguishing between effective methods and fraudulent practices in mental health treatment. He encouraged the public to listen to recommendations from doctors, psychologists, counselors, and academics who support his method.

He believes that mental burdens, such as trauma, emotional wounds, phobias, and other mental health problems, do not need to be carried for a lifetime. He highlighted the importance of new technologies that can eliminate emotional burdens permanently and in a short period of time.

Alarm! Coach Rheo Reveals that The Number of Educated People with Mental Disorders has Increased Drastically

Alarm! Coach Rheo Reveals that The Number of Educated People with Mental Disorders has Increased Drastically

JAKARTA, iNewsBogor.id – Recent studies indicate a positive correlation between higher levels of education and the prevalence of mental health disorders. According to Coach Rheo, trauma expert and creator of the DOA Physio Psychotherapy method, this phenomenon is strongly influenced by economic pressures and rapid technological advancement. Job automation and the widespread adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) have created significant uncertainty, triggering anxiety and depression among many educated individuals.

2025 as a Critical Turning Point

The year 2025 is expected to become a critical point for Indonesia. Economic pressure combined with rapid AI development has led to a rise in mental health problems, particularly among educated professionals. Coach Rheo identifies job automation as one of the main contributors. “Economic pressure is not just numbers on paper; it is a reality that directly impacts people’s lives. Many educated professionals are losing their jobs as AI replaces their roles. Industries once considered stable are now losing their security. This creates heavy mental burdens and triggers mental health disorders,” Coach Rheo told reporters in Jakarta on Friday, December 6, 2024.

Coach Rheo warned that the threat of AI to employment is becoming increasingly real. Professions once considered safe, such as musicians, designers, and architects, are now beginning to feel the impact of automation. He cited marketing expert Hermawan Kertajaya, who introduced the concept of the “Useless Generation” a generation whose skills become obsolete as they are replaced by AI.

Rising Rates of Stress and Suicide

The sharp increase in suicide rates and other mental health disorders has become a dark shadow over society. Coach Rheo highlighted alarming data showing a drastic rise over the past several years. From university students ending their lives to increasing cases of domestic violence, these events signal that mental health is in a state of emergency. Data from the World Health Organization (WHO) reports that approximately 720,000 people die by suicide every year worldwide. Suicide is among the leading causes of death globally, particularly affecting individuals aged 15 to 29 years.

Indonesia’s National Criminal Information Center (Pusiknas) under the Criminal Investigation Agency of the National Police (Bareskrim Polri) reports that suicide cases occur throughout the year and continue to rise annually increasing by as much as 60% over the past five years. On October 1, 2024, Raphael David, a student at Petra Christian University in Surabaya, died after jumping from the 12th floor of his campus building. On September 18, 2024, a f ifth-semester student at Ciputra University reportedly jumped from the 22nd floor of the campus building. “On November 9, 2024, a family of four in Penjaringan, Jakarta, jumped from the 22nd floor of Teluk Intan Apartment. If we continue listing these tragic events, it feels endless,” Coach Rheo said with concern.

Beyond suicide, Indonesia is also witnessing increasing cases of domestic violence, street violence, vigilantism, cyberbullying, hate speech, and viral incidents involving public humiliation and abuse. These phenomena contribute to what Coach Rheo described as a growing normalization of mental distress and uncontrolled aggression across various regions of the country. The “Strawberry Generation” Needs Special Attention Coach Rheo emphasized that the so-called “strawberry generation” young people perceived as fragile under pressure, requires special mental health support to grow into resilient individuals.

Pressure from society, social media, and self-imposed expectations has left many young people feeling overwhelmed. Business leaders have also voiced concerns about declining work ethic among younger generations. To maintain productivity and performance, Coach Rheo stressed the importance of mental health literacy. “Mental health is just as important as physical health. Unfortunately, our literacy in this area remains low. Many people fail to recognize early signs of mental disorders or know where to seek help,” he said.

Coach Rheo called on all stakeholders to increase education and awareness around mental well-being. “Accurate information and access to professional help are key. Society must be empowered with knowledge so problems can be recognized and addressed early,” he added. DOA TRTO: An Innovative Solution to Trauma In response to these challenges, Coach Rheo introduced DOA TRTO (Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Technique Online), a program he developed in 2020.

“We are committed to establishing DOA TRTO as the world’s first multi-trauma elimination system, scientifically recognized by 2025. This is Indonesia’s contribution to global mental health,” he explained. The method is known for its ability to eliminate traumatic emotional burdens comprehensively and permanently. “With DOA TRTO, individuals can free themselves from the shackles of the past that hinder their lives. We have seen many cases where clients are able to move forward without being haunted by trauma and live happily,” Coach Rheo said.

According to him, most existing systems focus on controlling, suppressing, accepting, or making peace with trauma, rather than eliminating it entirely. For generations, trauma has been widely believed to be impossible to remove. “That belief is reflected in many past scientific journals stating that trauma cannot be eliminated. DOA introduces a breakthrough, an approach proven to remove multiple traumas in a short session,” he explained.

Coach Rheo claims to have successfully eliminated five to more than a dozen traumas in a single session, with results that are measurable, verifiable, and confirmable directly by clients after their symptoms disappear, an achievement previously unattainable by other methodologies. The DOA TRTO method has gained broad recognition from counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, and academics, and received the Emerging Award from the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI) at the Indonesian Psychology Creative Works Festival, during the HIMPSI Extraordinary Congress 2024.

Coach Rheo: Overcoming Phobias, Trauma, Overthinking, and Anxiety is Not Easy

Coach Rheo: Overcoming Phobias, Trauma, Overthinking, and Anxiety is Not Easy

Dozens of celebrities have successfully overcome phobias, overthinking, and anxiety in a relatively short time after undergoing consultation and therapy with Coach Rheo. Caezarro Rey Abishur, widely known as Coach Rheo, stated that eliminating the shadow of trauma and fear is far from easy. “Having deep trauma and fear is truly unpleasant,” said Coach Rheo. Coach Rheo is known as a passionate self-development practitioner who, over the past 12 years, has developed his own methodology to resolve personal life challenges.

“I used to be overwhelmed by fear and anxiety since the 1998 riots,” Coach Rheo recalled while speaking to journalists in Jakarta on Tuesday (November 22). Since the May 1998 tragedy, Coach Rheo frequently experienced irrational fear. His mind was constantly filled with worst-case scenarios about death. “Every night before sleeping, my thoughts were disturbed, fear and anxiety about death,” he said.

This condition pushed Coach Rheo to seek solutions through various existing therapeutic systems. “All of them helped, eased the burden, and supported recovery. But none truly healed me completely,” he recalled. The journey was not short. For more than ten years, his time, energy, thoughts, and f inances were drained. Eventually, however, his efforts paid off. “One day, all the fear suddenly disappeared when I was finally able to release the emotional burden I had been carrying,” he said.

Starting from this personal empirical experience, Coach Rheo tested his approach on many of his associates, addressing trauma, phobias, overthinking, emotional wounds, and other emotional burdens. “At first, I doubted whether the results would last. Would the emotional burden return after being released? Because if emotional burdens come back, then the process is meaningless, it wouldn’t be permanent,” he emphasized.

According to Coach Rheo, permanent release from emotional burdens is the ultimate outcome people seek. He cited the experience of Santosa Amin, a film director and voice actor for SpongeBob SquarePants and Suneo, who was once his client. Santosa Amin had struggled since childhood with a severe fear of heights. Every time he imagined being at a high place, he experienced hyperhidrosis, causing his hands to sweat excessively.

“Now his hands no longer sweat. It has been more than two years since his emotional burden was released in just one session. ‘My fear of heights is completely gone. My hands are no longer wet, permanently,’” Coach Rheo quoted Santosa Amin. Another case was Doni Ramadhan, a film producer and owner of Putaar Film, who suffered deep emotional distress after losing his wife to illness. His life became stagnant, filled with grief and a loss of motivation.

“After meeting Coach Rheo, my life regained its spirit. I fully accepted my wife’s passing,” Doni Ramadhan shared. Grief often leaves deep emotional scars, especially for those who lose loved ones. This was also experienced by senior film director Sonny Gaokasak, known for films such as This Is Cinta, Bidadari Dari Surga, and Hafalan Shalat Delisha.

Sonny admitted he was deeply shaken after his father passed away due to COVID-19. He developed severe anxiety, fear of death, and was unable to continue directing films. “But that was the past. Now I can function normally again. After just one meeting with Brother Rheo, I felt reborn. Being ‘reborn’ doesn’t only happen through marriage, moments like this can make you feel reborn too,” Sonny said. Coach Rheo’s system is considered highly unique. The centuries-old psychological puzzle, how emotional burdens can be completely removed from the human nervous system, has been addressed by the Jakarta-born practitioner (March 23, 1983).

Coach Rheo also supported Roy Kiyoshi during a period of severe stress while the artist was in detention and refused to eat. After meeting Coach Rheo, Roy was able to undergo rehabilitation at the RSKO Fatmawati Hospital in Jakarta with a lighter heart. Upon leaving rehabilitation, his physical condition even improved. Luthfi Agizal, who faced intense public backlash during the “anjay” controversy, also suffered emotional distress when his parents were targeted by online bullying. After meeting Coach Rheo, he regained emotional stability and went on to achieve several life goals, including marrying his partner and welcoming his first child.

Coach Rheo also helped actor Benk CB, known for his role as Kang Idoy in the TV series Dunia Terbalik, overcome a severe cat phobia. Previously, he would scream and jump in fear whenever encountering a cat, footage of which had circulated widely on YouTube. After just one session, his phobia disappeared completely. In the entertainment industry, time is extremely valuable. Many actors and actresses seek instant solutions to their mental health struggles. Long therapeutic processes that require retelling personal trauma often discourage them from seeking help. In some cases, assistance arrives too late, tragically, as seen in several suicide cases among Korean celebrities.

As times evolve, technology for addressing mental and emotional health continues to advance. Through personal experience, Coach Rheo claims to have developed a formula that enables emotional burdens to be released effectively, often within a single session. “The results can be permanent. Even if the issue is extremely complex and not fully resolved in one meeting, the system still creates a drastic and immediate change from the very first session,” said Coach Rheo, who is recognized as a Trainer and NLP Meta Master Practitioner of Neurosemantics (International Institute of Neurosemantics, North Carolina, USA).

For his achievements, Coach Rheo has received recognition from academics, doctors, psychologists, counselors, educators, and business professionals. Stock market expert and author Ellen May stated, “Coach Rheo is highly effective in eliminating negative emotions in a very simple yet permanent way.” Psychologist Michael Christian, Director of @Gadingkonseling, added, “Rheo truly understands what he is doing. Many people are surprised by how quickly they can be helped.”

Dr. Aqli Budiman from Siloam Hospital also expressed his appreciation, saying, “This method rapidly helps resolve trauma and mental burdens. The emotional weight I carried disappeared during my session with Coach Rheo.” Liebe Polli, an educator born in Switzerland, shared, “Coach helped me overcome my fear of flying, which I had for nine years. Now I can fly abroad comfortably again.” Meanwhile, Lina Lais, a counselor and assessor at Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance, stated, “Rheo is exceptionally gifted. He can release emotional burdens very quickly and effortlessly.”

Dr. Dewi Indra, owner of De Asthetics Clinic in Pondok Indah, Jakarta, admitted her astonishment: “Coach Rheo is not a doctor, psychologist, or psychiatrist. Yet all the emotional burdens that kept me awake for days vanished in just one session.” According to Coach Rheo, constantly suppressing emotions is not the solution most people believe it to be. Suppressed emotions accumulate, worsen over time, and eventually become an emotional time bomb.

“I have interviewed many clients months, even years, after their sessions. Most report permanent change after just one meeting,” he said. Coach Rheo also claims to possess extensive documentation and recorded testimonials from participants, many of whom remain symptom-free more than a year later. “If necessary, I can provide reverse proof to demonstrate that this system works, because all the data is complete,” he stated.

Coach Rheo even offers a guarantee, providing free assistance until clients reach emotional neutrality, particularly for PTSD cases. “This is the first of its kind in the world, someone bold enough to guarantee emotional relief until clients feel neutral,” said the founder of Yayasan Konseling Harapan Indonesia (YAKHIN). He acknowledges that public skepticism toward new methods is high, especially due to widespread fraud in the self-help industry.

“In the past, emotional control was considered the best solution. Today, there is a more natural way, to restore happiness completely by removing emotional burdens from the nervous system, so people no longer have to spend their entire lives suppressing emotions. It’s exhausting,” Coach Rheo concluded.

Coach Rheo: The DOA-TRTO Method Effectively Relieves Stress Caused by Trauma

Coach Rheo: The DOA-TRTO Method Effectively Relieves Stress Caused by Trauma

Jakarta, Beritasatu.com – Traumatic experiences from the past can leave deep emotional scars and cause prolonged stress, a condition scientifically known as Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). According to Coach Rheo, this form of trauma can be addressed using the DOA-TRTO (Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Therapy Online) method. This was conveyed by Caezarro Rey Abishur, widely known as Coach Rheo, during a press conference and the official launch of the DOA-TRTO program at Studio XXI Epicentrum Rasuna Said, Kuningan, South Jakarta, on Wednesday (January 12, 2022).

Coach Rheo explained that he successfully developed this new methodology by first applying it to himself. Over time, the method proved effective in helping him completely release emotional burdens. “This personal empirical experience is what I later applied to help many others. For me, this is a blessing, something that brings real benefits to the lives of others,” said Coach Rheo, one of the founders of Gadingkonseling Jakarta.

According to him, DOA-TRTO delivers significant results in a relatively short period of time. Through interviews with participants suffering from PTSD, many reported returning to a neutral and comfortable emotional state. Coach Rheo designed the system to be extremely simple, yet highly impactful. It represents a breakthrough never before seen in the mental health industry. Remarkably, clients do not even need to recount their traumatic experiences in detail for emotional burdens to be released.

“We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if emotional burdens are not neutralized in a single session. Neutral means the trauma returns to zero, like a newborn baby with no emotional wounds,” said the KKNI Level 6 Certified Trainer from Indonesia’s National Professional Certification Board (BNSP). He added that trauma stemming from past abuse or sexual assault, cases that usually require years of treatment, can be resolved in just one session using the DOA-TRTO method.

“In no more than 60 minutes, emotional burdens caused by PTSD can be neutralized,” said the counselor, who has completed dozens of certifications and hundreds of training programs in self-development. Coach Rheo is a Mind Technology Expert, recognized internationally as a Trainer and NLP Meta Master Practitioner of Neurosemantics (International Institute of Neurosemantics, North Carolina, USA), an Associate Meta Coach (Meta Coach Foundation, Colorado, USA), and a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP Society Florida, USA).

He hopes his expertise can help as many people as possible.

“Helping others is how we cultivate gratitude. Let us use our abilities as a blessing from God to fulfill our humanitarian calling,” said Coach Rheo, who admires figures such as Soekarno, B.J. Habibie, Abdurrahman Wahid, Joko Widodo, Susi Pudjiastuti, and Deddy Corbuzier. According to him, hundreds of people from various regions, including Malaysia, Singapore, and Slovenia, have successfully been helped through the DOA-TRTO approach.

These cases range from grief-related trauma, past mistakes, guilt from hurting others, bullying trauma, career competition, business failure, sexual abuse, rape, unplanned pregnancy, marital breakdown, to family rejection.

Several artists, celebrities, and public figures who have previously worked with Coach Rheo were also present at the event. Among them were Barbie Kumalasari, Fadly Jackson, Hud Filbert, Roy Kiyoshi, Okky Baper, Ismi Melinda, Audrey FF, Santosa Amin, Sonia Wijaya, Elmand, Lee Sachi, Gendis Dewanti, Rudi Kawilarang, Dr. Panndu Izz Ranggabirawa, Usama Harbatah, Michael Yukinobu De Fretes (NOBU), as well as Mayang and Chika, the younger sisters of the late actress Vanessa Angel.

Coach Rheo welcomes anyone interested in private consultation sessions through www.doatrto.com, www.linktree.com/doa_trto, or Instagram @doa_trto. He also offers personal sessions via Zoom during the COVID-19 public activity restrictions.

Coach Rheo Wants to Help Heal The OCD Mental Disorder Experienced by Aliando Syarief

Coach Rheo Wants to Help Heal The OCD Mental Disorder Experienced by Aliando Syarief

Kapanlagi.com – Actor Aliando Syarief has recently become the center of public attention after openly sharing that he suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), a mental health condition. The Ganteng Ganteng Serigala star’s confession has drawn concern from Coach Rheo, a Mental Neutrality Expert (P.Kn.M). “I’m deeply concerned about what Aliando is going through. His openness in speaking about his condition deserves appreciation,” Coach Rheo told journalists in Jakarta on Wednesday (February 2, 2022).

Coach Rheo also pointed out that Indonesia is still facing a serious stigma surrounding mental health. Recently, more people have openly claimed to experience mental health disorders. According to him, mental disorders can affect anyone, at any time, though the intensity, severity, and type can vary greatly from person to person.

1. Ready to Help Aliando as a Patient

Speaking specifically about Aliando, Coach Rheo noted that the actor’s rapid rise to fame, followed by a gradual decline in public exposure, could be one of the contributing factors to his OCD. Coach Rheo encouraged Aliando to seek professional treatment as soon as possible and stated that he is personally ready to help if asked. “It doesn’t have to be me. But if I’m asked to help Aliando, I’m ready,” he said.

2. Identifying the Root Cause of Aliando’s OCD

Aliando previously revealed that he had experienced OCD during elementary school but eventually recovered. However, after more than a decade, around 2019 to 2020, the disorder resurfaced. “First, we need to break down the root causes. Once we understand what triggered it, we can remove those causes one by one. We neutralize the mental disorder, and hopefully, he can recover,” Coach Rheo explained optimistically.

3. A New Therapeutic Approach: DOA-TRTO

Coach Rheo has developed a new therapeutic system called DOA-TRTO (Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Therapy Online). This method has been shown to help resolve trauma and stress in a relatively short period of time, unlike conventional recovery processes, which often take years. “Many people spend years living with heavy emotional burdens. They run out of money, time, and patience. On top of that, they often suffer health problems caused by long-term dependence on medication,” Coach Rheo said. In contrast, he explained, the DOA-TRTO method can deliver significant results for trauma survivors in a much shorter timeframe, without medication and with long-lasting outcomes.

“I’ve helped neutralize extreme emotional burdens experienced by many clients. Some were even clinically diagnosed with mental disorders and were later able to recover,” he added. Through the DOA-TRTO system, Coach Rheo emphasized that psychological burdens can be neutralized by removing emotional loads from the body itself. “This way, patients don’t have to spend their entire lives managing emotional burdens,” said Coach Rheo, who is also a Certified Trainer under Indonesia’s National Qualification Framework (KKNI Level 6) from the National Professional Certification Board (BNSP).

Coach Rheo, a trauma expert specializing in emotional wounds and anxiety among celebrities

Coach Rheo, a trauma expert specializing in emotional wounds and anxiety among celebrities

Kapanlagi.com – Coach Rheo has proven to be highly effective in resolving phobias, trauma, overthinking, and anxiety among public figures in a relatively short time. Eliminating the lingering shadows of trauma and fear is no easy task. His real name is Caezarro Rey Abishur, widely known as Coach Rheo, an avid personal development enthusiast who has spent the past 12 years developing his own methodology to overcome deep psychological challenges. “I used to live in constant fear and anxiety after the 1998 riots,” Coach Rheo shared with journalists in Jakarta on Tuesday (November 22).

Following the May 1998 riots, Coach Rheo experienced persistent, irrational fear. His mind was often filled with catastrophic thoughts about death. Even at night, as he tried to sleep, his thoughts were overwhelmed by anxiety and fear of dying. This condition drove him to search for solutions through various mental health systems and therapeutic approaches. After nearly a decade of investing immense time, energy, mental effort, and financial resources, his persistence finally paid off. Coach Rheo then tested his personal breakthroughs on close associates, demonstrating how trauma, phobias, overthinking, emotional wounds, and other emotional burdens could be eliminated.

“At first, I doubted whether the results could truly last. Emotional burdens are pointless to remove if they just come back. Permanence was the key question for me,” he emphasized.

1. Healing Celebrity Phobias

Santosa Amin, a film director and the Indonesian voice actor for SpongeBob SquarePants and Suneo, was one of Coach Rheo’s clients. Santosa suffered from acrophobia; whenever he imagined heights, he would experience hyperhidrosis, excessive sweating, especially on his hands. “Now his hands are completely dry. It’s been more than two years since his emotional burden was removed in just one session. His fear of heights is completely gone, permanently,” Coach Rheo said, quoting Santosa Amin’s testimony.

Another case involved Doni Ramadhan, a film producer and founder of Putaar Film, who experienced deep emotional devastation after losing his wife to illness. Following the loss, Doni fell into despair, lost motivation, and frequently experienced profound sadness. “After meeting Coach Rheo, my life regained its spirit. I fully accepted my wife’s passing,” Doni Ramadhan shared. Coach Rheo’s system is widely regarded as highly unique. The centuries-old psychological puzzle, how emotional burdens can be fully removed from the human nervous system was solved by the Jakarta-born practitioner (March 23, 1983).

Coach Rheo also supported Roy Kiyoshi during a period of severe stress while the artist was detained and refused to eat. After meeting Coach Rheo, Roy was able to go through rehabilitation at RSKO with acceptance and inner calm. Numerous celebrities and public figures have sought Coach Rheo’s help, including Jennifer Jill, Ozzy Syahputra, Yati Surrachman, Zwingly Idol, Sarwana Thamrin Warna, Lady Gamer Audrey FF, Gendis Dewanti (Miss Polo International), Hendy Cahyo Baskoro, Fadly Jackson, Hanna Hanifah, Chunchien (tech YouTuber), Harbatah (YouTuber), Boy Tirayoh, Nobu, Hud Filbert, Barbie Kumalasari, Elmand (@elmansipasi), Gaby Mariska (influencer/singer), and many others.

2. One Session Can Be Highly Effective

In the entertainment industry, time is extremely valuable. Many actors and actresses seek fast, effective solutions to their mental health challenges. Prolonged therapy processes, often involving repeated retelling of traumatic experiences and dependence on medication, can discourage individuals from seeking timely help. In many cases, assistance comes too late. As times change and mental technology continues to evolve, Coach Rheo, through personal experience. developed a formula for addressing mental health challenges more efficiently. His method focuses on removing emotional burdens directly, delivering significant results even in a single session.

“The results can be permanent. Even in extremely complex cases, while full resolution may require more than one session, clients experience dramatic and immediate changes starting from the very first meeting,” said Coach Rheo, who is internationally recognized as a Trainer and NLP Meta Master Practitioner of Neurosemantics (International Institute of Neurosemantics, North Carolina, USA).

3. Widespread Recognition and Appreciation

Coach Rheo’s work has received appreciation from academics, medical doctors, psychologists, counselors, educators, and business professionals. Michael Christian, Psychologist and Director of @Gadingkonseling, stated that Coach Rheo clearly understands what he is doing, often leaving people astonished by how quickly they experience relief. Dr. Aqli Budiman from Siloam Hospital also acknowledged that Coach Rheo’s method rapidly alleviates trauma and emotional burdens. Dr. Aqli personally experienced the release of emotional burdens during a session with Coach Rheo.

Many others have expressed similar appreciation after witnessing or experiencing the effectiveness of Coach Rheo’s work. Coach Rheo emphasized that constantly controlling emotions is not a true solution, as many believe. Controlled emotions accumulate over time, intensify, and eventually become an emotional time bomb.

4. A New Method for Mental Liberation

Most participants who have completed the process report remaining stable and mentally healthy for over a year. Coach Rheo even offers a guarantee, clients are supported until they reach a neutral mental state, and PTSD cases are assisted free of charge if necessary. He acknowledges that the public often has mental blocks and skepticism toward truly new methods, especially due to the prevalence of fraudulent claims. As a result, people struggle to distinguish genuine experts from impostors.

“In the past, emotional control was the best option available. Today, there is a more natural approach, one that fully restores happiness by removing emotional burdens from the nervous system. No more lifelong emotional control. It’s exhausting,” Coach Rheo explained. Fundamentally, emotional burdens were never meant to exist within the human body. If left untreated, they can lead to psychosomatic illness. Coach Rheo hopes that more people will come to know and benefit from DOA-TRTO (Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Technique Online), a method that has helped many individuals remove emotional burdens and move toward a happier world, alongside other existing support systems.

The death rate from mental health disorders is rising, and Coach Rheo introduces a healing method that focuses on the physiological aspect

The death rate from mental health disorders is rising, and Coach Rheo introduces a healing method that focuses on the physiological aspect

Kapanlagi.com – Since the pandemic, mental health issues have increasingly become a global concern and public spotlight. Based on data compiled by the Indonesian National Police, approximately 663 suicide cases were recorded in Indonesia between January and June 2023. This figure represents a 36.4% increase compared to the same period in 2021, when 486 cases were reported. Coach Rheo, a Mind Technology Expert, confirmed this alarming trend.

“Suicide cases are increasing in Indonesia and globally. Economic pressure is one of the main factors creating heavy mental burdens within individuals,” Coach Rheo told journalists in Jakarta on Sunday (November 5, 2023). According to Coach Rheo, suicide cases are often triggered by mental health disorders rooted in various issues, including gender-based violence, bullying, cyber violence in its many forms, incurable illnesses, economic pressure, and other life challenges.

“These burdens often become permanently embedded deep within a person’s psyche. Over time, life becomes increasingly difficult, especially with the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Many people are losing hope after losing their livelihoods,” explained the mental health expert, who is a Certified Facilitator of Access Consciousness (USA), Certified Hypnotist, and Hypnotherapist (Indonesian Board of Hypnotherapy).

1. Mental Burdens Are Like Parasites

Coach Rheo, who is currently preparing a book titled Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Technique Online (D.O.A TRTO), described mental burdens as parasites, deeply embedded and difficult to remove from the human psyche. “For the past 200 years, people have believed this to be true. Science has focused on studying how trauma forms and how to cope with it,” he said. “Trauma often comes and goes. Healing requires a long and exhausting process. But these efforts only help people endure, not eliminate mental burdens permanently.

The term commonly used is ‘recovery,’ which simply means waiting for the trauma to return,” Coach Rheo emphasized. He added that even using the word ‘permanent’ is considered taboo in the mental health f ield, as trauma is widely believed to be something that can never fully disappear. Coach Rheo cited data from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in 2019, which reported that 20 war veterans die by suicide every day due to mental burdens. “Despite receiving some of the best psychological care in the world. As Max Strom stated in his TED Talk ‘Breathe to Heal,’ we need a different solution if we truly want to heal,” said the founder of the Indonesian Hope Counseling Foundation (YAKHIN).

2. Developing DOA Physio Psychotherapy

Coach Rheo has accumulated tens of thousands of hours of practice and study in the f ield of mind and mental technology. His work has been validated by an Associate Meta Coach (Meta Coach Foundation, Colorado, USA) and he is also a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP Society, Florida, USA). He is currently developing a mental healing method called DOA Physio Psychotherapy, a psychotherapy system that targets the physiological aspect of human beings. This system employs a fundamentally different strategy from conventional psychological or biological approaches whether medical or pharmaceutical.

“If psychology is the brain’s software, and biology is the hardware, then there is another layer that has been overlooked the physiological operating system,” Coach Rheo explained. According to Professor Paul Ekman (UCSF, USA), emotions are fundamentally physiological phenomena involving complex psychological and biological factors. Coach Rheo highlighted the importance of deactivating physiological reactions caused by the ‘Amygdala Hijack’, the brain mechanism responsible for emotional reactivity.

By doing so, the body’s reactivity to trauma can return to a neutral state.

“Forget about being healthy if you’re not even neutral yet. A sick person must first recover to a neutral state before we talk about health,” he said. He illustrated this with an analogy: “If someone breaks a bone in a motorcycle accident, you don’t teach them how to ride better first. You heal the broken bone, then provide education afterward.”

3. The DOA System

Coach Rheo noted that many approaches focus heavily on education and theory but fail to provide a clear roadmap for deactivating the amygdala’s reaction to traumatic memories, forcing people to suffer mentally for a lifetime. “The DOA system is unique. It does not require long lectures or detailed storytelling of traumatic events. Once learned, it can even be practiced independently,” he explained. Coach Rheo envisions mental health care becoming similar to physical fitness where everyone can remove their own mental burdens without becoming dependent on medication, therapists, or facilitators.

“Addiction begins when a person can no longer function normally without relying on something, someone, or a condition just to live normally. It’s like kidney patients who must undergo dialysis for life and can never truly recover,” said Coach Rheo, who holds a Trainer & Meta Master of Neurosemantics license from the Institute of Neurosemantics (USA).

4. Permanently Removing Mental Burdens

According to Coach Rheo, the core issue lies in the way people are taught to merely control, accept, move on from, or ignore emotional burdens. “People are told to coexist with their trauma to accept it and make peace with it. It’s like telling a victim of sexual assault to ‘move on’ and continue living alongside the perpetrator,” he said. “In the long run, this is dangerous.

Mental burdens accumulate over time and eventually destroy everything including the things we love. Like a glass continuously filled with water, it will eventually overflow,” he explained. Coach Rheo has dedicated his work to finding a way to permanently remove accumulated mental burdens. “For me, permanent healing is the priority. Temporary relief that relapses is a waste of time, energy, and money. I experienced that cycle for years, feeling light for a moment, then relapsing again,” said the Jakarta-born practitioner (March 23, 1983), widely known as @kokohealing on social media.

5. Coach Rheo’s Personal Struggle with Mental Burden

Coach Rheo himself struggled with mental burdens for over 12 years, dealing with phobias, anger issues, emotional wounds, overthinking, and anxiety. “What’s the point of having everything if your heart is not at peace? I prayed a lot and searched everywhere. I spent billions of rupiah on various modalities, but nothing truly resolved it,” he shared. While other methods helped him cope temporarily, Coach Rheo sought more than emotional control. This journey ultimately led him to develop DOA TRTO, which helped him permanently remove his own mental burdens.

“A good system must be replicable and work for everyone. Removing burdens from the body shouldn’t be a rare experience, it should be something thousands of people can benefit from,” he emphasized. Many public figures, including artists, influencers, and business owners, have sought help from Coach Rheo, such as Guntur LDP, Cilla, Wenny Sukamto, Chrisy Mahawi, Gieya Alexandra, Tigris Valerie, Alicia Yudos, Karina Salim, Christie Basil, Victoria Wong, Kochun, Denny Santoso, Ellen May, Endang Wierono, Bella Fernanda, and many others.

Trauma Expert Coach Rheo Says That in 2025, The Number of People with Mental Disorders will Continue to Rise

Trauma Expert Coach Rheo Says That in 2025, The Number of People with Mental Disorders will Continue to Rise

Kapanlagi.com – The year 2025 is expected to be a critical phase for Indonesia amid increasingly complex global dynamics. One major impact comes from economic pressure and global uncertainty, which are triggering a growing mental health crisis. Coach Rheo, a trauma expert and the creator of the DOA Physio Psychotherapy method, has expressed serious concern over this alarming trend in Indonesia. According to Coach Rheo, heavy economic pressure caused by job automation and the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) has led to a significant increase in mental health issues among educated individuals. “Economic pressure is not just numbers on paper, it is a reality that directly affects people’s lives. Many educated professionals are losing their jobs as AI replaces their roles. Industries once considered stable are now losing their security. This creates a heavy mental burden and triggers mental health disorders,” Coach Rheo told reporters in Jakarta.

He further explained that many professions previously seen as safe could soon be replaced by AI. Musicians, designers, architects, animators, transcribers, and other professionals, he said, are already beginning to feel the impact. “People spend years studying, only to have their skills replaced by AI. As marketing expert Hermawan Kertajaya has said, AI is creating a ‘Useless Generation’ a generation whose skills become obsolete and no longer valued like they once were,” he added. Meanwhile, NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, during an interview with Najwa Shihab while visiting Indonesia, stated that learning computer coding may no longer be useful in the future because many tasks will be replaced by AI, despite the fact that these skills were once highly valuable.

1. Rising Stress and Suicide Rates

Regarding stress, depression, and suicide cases, Coach Rheo said the data shows a significant increase. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), approximately 720,000 people die by suicide each year worldwide. Suicide is one of the leading causes of death globally, particularly among adolescents and young adults aged 15 to 29. “We are seeing a very worrying trend.

The number of people experiencing mental health disorders is rising, and this cannot be ignored. This is an alarm for all of us,” Coach Rheo said. Data from Indonesia’s National Criminal Information Center (Pusiknas) under the Criminal Investigation Agency of the National Police shows that suicide cases occur throughout the year and continue to rise annually by as much as 60 percent over the past five years. Several tragic cases were recorded in 2024. On October 1, 2024, Raphael David, a student at Petra Christian University in Surabaya, died after jumping from the 12th floor of his campus building.

On September 18, 2024, a fifth-semester student at Ciputra University jumped from the 22nd floor of a campus building. “On November 9, 2024, a family of four in Penjaringan, Jakarta, jumped from the 22nd floor of the Teluk Intan Apartment. If we continue listing these tragedies, it feels endless,” he added. Beyond suicide, Coach Rheo also pointed to rising cases of domestic violence, street f ights, vigilante justice, viral incidents involving abuse of power, cyberbullying, hate speech, and everyday violence, often referred to as ‘senggol bacok’ which have become increasingly common across many regions in Indonesia.

2. The “Strawberry Generation” and Future Challenges

Coach Rheo also highlighted the phenomenon known as the “Strawberry Generation” young people who appear strong on the outside but are emotionally fragile inside. Many business owners, he said, have been vocal about the declining work ethic among younger generations. “This generation faces extraordinary pressure from society, social media, and themselves. They need special support to grow into mentally resilient individuals,” he explained. To ensure people remain productive and perform well, Coach Rheo emphasized the importance of mental health literacy.

“Mental health is just as important as physical health. Unfortunately, public literacy in this area is still low. Many people are not aware of early warning signs or where to seek professional help,” he said. He called on all stakeholders to improve education and awareness about mental well-being. “Accurate information and access to professional help are key. Society needs to be empowered with knowledge so people can recognize and address mental health problems early,” he added.

3. DOA TRTO: An Innovative Solution for Trauma

In response to these challenges, Coach Rheo introduced DOA TRTO (Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Technique Online), a program he created in 2020. “We are committed to making DOA TRTO the world’s first multi-trauma elimination system to be scientifically recognized by 2025. This is Indonesia’s contribution to global mental health,” he explained. The method is known for its ability to eliminate traumatic emotional burdens completely and permanently. “With DOA TRTO, individuals can free themselves from the chains of the past that hold them back. We have seen many cases where clients are able to move forward without being haunted by trauma and live happier lives,” Coach Rheo said. He noted that most existing systems focus on controlling, suppressing, accepting, or making peace with trauma, but not eliminating it.

Trauma has long been believed to be something that cannot be removed. “That belief is reflected in many past scientific journals stating that trauma cannot disappear. DOA offers a breakthrough an approach proven to eliminate multiple traumas in a single, brief session,” he explained. Coach Rheo claims he has successfully eliminated five to more than ten traumas in a single session, with results that can be measured, verified, and confirmed directly by clients after their symptoms disappear, something previously unattainable with other methods. The DOA TRTO method has gained wide recognition among counselors, psychologists, psychiatrists, doctors, lecturers, and professionals. It also received the Emerging Award from the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI) at the 2024 Extraordinary Congress of HIMPSI during the Indonesian Psychology Creative Works Festival.

4. Training Facilitators and Creating Global Impact

Looking ahead, Coach Rheo plans to train more facilitators to expand the reach of the DOA method. “We want to create a greater impact, not only in Indonesia but worldwide. By training more facilitators, we can help more people overcome their trauma,” he said optimistically. Coach Rheo also emphasized the government’s responsibility in addressing the mental health crisis.

Under the leadership of Indonesia’s newly elected President Prabowo Subianto, he urged the government to take a more active role. “This includes providing adequate mental well-being facilities, training professionals with effective tools, and launching public education campaigns,” he suggested. He stressed that strong government support is essential, as individual and organizational efforts alone are not enough without solid public policy. “It is time for the state to step in and demonstrate its commitment to the mental well-being of its people,” Coach Rheo concluded.

Coach Rheo Received The 2024 HIMPSI Emerging Award for His Innovation, DOA TRTO Physiopsychotherapy

Coach Rheo Received The 2024 HIMPSI Emerging Award for His Innovation, DOA TRTO Physiopsychotherapy

Kapanlagi.com – Coach Rheo, Indonesia’s first trauma-elimination expert, has once again achieved a major milestone in his career. He has received the Emerging Award from the Indonesian Psychological Association (HIMPSI) at the Festival Karya Cipta Indonesia, a prestigious event marking an important moment for the Indonesian psychology community. “This award from HIMPSI does not merely validate my position as an innovator in psychology, it marks the beginning of a new era in mental health treatment,” Coach Rheo said. The award was presented in recognition of his contribution through DOA Physiopsychotherapy, an innovative methodology designed to completely eliminate traumatic emotional burdens. The method has been acknowledged as an original Indonesian creation with significant positive impact on society.

1. Shifting the Conventional Paradigm According to Coach Rheo, Divine Oracular Assistance (DOA) differs fundamentally from conventional approaches that typically emphasize accepting or controlling negative emotions caused by trauma. “We offer an approach where traumatic emotional burdens can be eliminated systematically, consistently, permanently, and in a measurable way,” he emphasized. Coach Rheo has also handled various psychological cases involving well-known Indonesian celebrities. Among them are Sophia Latjuba, Shandy Aulia, Karina Salim, Nisya Ahmad, Maya Septha, Aliando Syarief, Ozzy Syahputra, Yati Surachman, Sarwana Thamrin Warna, Fadly Jackson, and Barbie Kumalasari.

Other public figures who have worked with Coach Rheo include Tigris Valerie, Emily Young, Gendis Dewanti (Miss Polo International), Boy Tirayoh, Nobu, Roy Kiyoshi, Hud Filbert, Wenny Sukamto, Hanna Boone, Yunda Pratiwi, Bobby Saputra, ArDesy Natalia, and many others. Rheo emphasized that DOA has proven effective in resolving various trauma-related cases, including sexual abuse, phobias, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) often from the very first session. “This method allows individuals to move forward with their lives without being constantly haunted by the past,” said the co-founder of the Indonesian Hope Counseling Foundation (YAKHIN).

2. Why He Is Known as Indonesia’s No. 1 Trauma Expert When Coach Rheo appeared on a podcast hosted by Indonesian businessman Hermanto Tanoko, he was asked how he came to be known as Indonesia’s number one trauma expert. “There are many trauma experts who can explain what trauma is using various theories. But when it comes to experts who can eliminate trauma, there’s only one, me. That’s because most people believe trauma cannot be removed, while I discovered otherwise,”

Coach Rheo explained. He stressed that real-world empirical evidence shows trauma can indeed be eliminated consistently. He has documented the trauma-elimination process on his YouTube channel @doaintothelight. “So people can see for themselves that trauma can truly be removed, consistently,” he added. Beyond trauma, DOA Physiopsychotherapy also helps address stress, depression, psychosomatic symptoms, overthinking, insomnia, and various emotional issues through a holistic approach focused on fully eliminating emotional burdens.

3. A Global Vision: From Indonesia to the World Coach Rheo hopes the DOA system will gain global recognition and positively impact lives worldwide. “Negative emotions related to trauma no longer need to be accepted or controlled, they can be completely removed from within a person’s psyche,” said Rheo, who is also recognized as a Trainer and NLP Meta Master Practitioner of Neurosemantics by the International Institute of Neurosemantics, North Carolina, USA. After more than 10 years of hands-on experience handling diverse cases, Rheo officially introduced the DOA system in 2020.

Since then, it has attracted widespread interest from individuals and professionals who apply the method in various settings, demonstrating its effectiveness in achieving mental well-being. Receiving the HIMPSI award, Coach Rheo views this achievement as the first step toward a mental health revolution. He remains committed to further developing and expanding the DOA system so more people can experience its benefits. “This is a major milestone toward reaching the stage of liberation, complete freedom from emotional burdens within the soul,” concluded the Jakarta-born expert, born on March 23, 1983.

Mayang and Chika Encourage People to Release Emotional Burdens Through Coach Rheo’s Method

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Coach Rheo has accumulated tens of thousands of hours of practice and study in the field of mind and soul technology, earning recognition as a Mind Technology Expert. He has also received professional validation as an Associate Meta Coach from the Meta Coach Foundation in Colorado, USA, as well as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the NLP Society in Florida, USA.

Currently, Coach Rheo continues to develop a mental healing method he calls DOA Physio Psychotherapy, a psychotherapy system that targets the physiological aspect of the human body. This system uses an approach that is fundamentally different from conventional psychological or biological methods commonly used in medical treatment or medication.

Praised by Maya Septha

“If psychology is like the brain’s software and biology is the hardware, there is one crucial gap that has long been overlooked, the physiological side, which functions as the operating system,” Coach Rheo explained. Actress and TV presenter Maya Septha, who attended one of Coach Rheo’s workshops, shared her experience. “I just followed the process, and suddenly I felt light, released. You don’t need a PhD to understand this system. Anyone can do it on their own,” Maya Septha said.

Seven Years of Problems Resolved in 90 Minutes

Another participant, Monic Christian, founder of Tes Bakat Indonesia (TBI), described Coach Rheo’s approach as more than a consultation. “Coach Rheo doesn’t feel like therapy, it feels more like surgery. He’s incredibly sharp. He goes straight to the core of the emotional burden and removes it. There’s no need to control it or make peace with the situation,” Monic said.

She revealed that she had struggled with mental burdens for seven years using other methods. With Coach Rheo’s approach, the issue was resolved in just 90 minutes, with lasting results. “It’s been six months, and I’m still feeling great. I was shocked, it only took one session with Coach Rheo after dealing with this for seven years. I came back because I wanted to understand the process more deeply,” Monic added.

The Natural Cause of Mental Disorders

More people are experiencing mental health disorders every day, with some even resorting to suicide. According to Coach Rheo, the real issue lies in how people are taught to deal with emotional burdens. “People are told to control their emotions, accept the situation, move on, or simply ignore their mental burdens,” he explained. As a result, individuals are encouraged to live alongside their emotional pain, similar to how victims of sexual abuse are sometimes told to accept what happened and continue living with their abuser.

“In the long run, this is dangerous. Emotional burdens continue to accumulate and eventually destroy everything, including the things we love most in life. It’s like continuously filling a glass; sooner or later, it will overflow and become uncontrollable,” Coach Rheo concluded.

Experts Predict That in 2025, The Number of Educated People Experiencing Mental Disorders will Increase

Experts Predict That in 2025, The Number of Educated People Experiencing Mental Disorders will Increase

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – An increase in mental health disorders among educated individuals has become a major concern this year. Trauma expert and creator of the DOA Physio Psychotherapy method, Coach Rheo, has expressed serious concern about this growing phenomenon in Indonesia. “2025 will be a critical phase for Indonesia amid increasingly complex global dynamics. One of the major impacts comes from economic pressure and global uncertainty, which are triggering a mental health crisis,” Rheo said in a written statement on Thursday (December 5, 2024).

According to him, heavy economic pressure caused by job automation and the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly increased mental health problems among educated professionals. “Economic pressure is not just numbers on paper. It is a reality that directly affects people’s lives. Many educated professionals are losing their jobs because AI is replacing their roles,” Rheo explained.

“Industries that were once considered stable are now losing their security. This creates a heavy mental burden and leads to serious mental health disorders,” Coach Rheo told reporters in Jakarta. He further explained that many professions previously considered safe are now at risk of being replaced by AI. Professionals such as musicians, designers, architects, animators, transcribers, and others have already begun to feel the impact. “People spend years studying and building skills, only to find their abilities replaced by AI. As marketing expert Hermawan Kertajaya once said, AI is creating a ‘Useless Generation’ a generation whose skills become obsolete and no longer valued like before,” Rheo said.

Computer Coding No Longer Relevant?

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang, whose company is one of the world’s largest providers of processing units for AI, has also stated that learning computer coding may no longer be useful in the future. “Because many of these tasks will eventually be replaced by AI. In the past, these skills were extremely valuable,” Jensen said. Regarding stress, depression, and even suicide cases, Coach Rheo noted that the data shows a significant increase. “We are seeing an alarming trend. The number of people experiencing mental health disorders is rising, and this cannot be ignored. This is a serious warning for all of us,” he said.

Rheo cited data from the World Health Organization (WHO), which shows that around 720,000 people die by suicide every year. Suicide is one of the leading causes of death globally, especially among teenagers and young adults aged 15 to 29. Meanwhile, data from Indonesia’s National Criminal Information Center (Pusiknas) under the Criminal Investigation Agency of the National Police shows that suicide cases occur throughout the year and continue to rise. In fact, the number has increased by up to 60% over the past five years. He also highlighted several tragic incidents in 2024, including the death of Raphael David, a student at Petra Christian University in Surabaya, who jumped from the 12th floor of his campus on October 1, 2024. On September 18, 2024, a fifth-semester student at Ciputra University also jumped from the 22nd floor of a campus building.

“On November 9, 2024, a family of four in Penjaringan, Jakarta, jumped from the 22nd floor of the Teluk Intan Apartment. If we continue listing these tragedies, it feels endless,” Rheo said with concern. Beyond suicide cases, Rheo also pointed to rising domestic violence, street fights, vigilantism, and viral cases such as a business owner forcing a high school student to kneel and crawl. Cyberbullying, hate speech, and violent behavior often referred to as ‘senggol bacok’ have also become increasingly common across various regions in Indonesia. Rheo explained the concept of the “Strawberry Generation,” referring to young people who appear strong on the outside but are emotionally fragile inside. Many business owners, he said, have complained about the declining work ethic of younger generations.

“This generation faces enormous pressure from society, social media, and themselves. They need special support to grow into mentally resilient individuals,” he said. To help people remain productive and maintain good performance, Rheo emphasized the importance of mental health literacy. “Mental health is just as important as physical health. Unfortunately, our literacy in this area is still low. Many people are not aware of early warning signs or where to seek help,” he explained.

He called on all stakeholders to increase education and awareness about mental well-being. “Accurate information and access to professional help are key. Society needs to be empowered with knowledge so people can recognize and address mental health issues early,” he added. Coach Rheo also introduced DOA TRTO (Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Technique Online), a program he created in 2020. “We are committed to making DOA TRTO the world’s first multi-trauma elimination system, scientifically recognized by 2025. This is Indonesia’s contribution to global mental health,” he said.

The method is known for its ability to release deep emotional trauma in a comprehensive and lasting way. “With DOA TRTO, individuals can break free from emotional burdens of the past. We have seen many cases where clients are able to move forward without being haunted by trauma and finally live happier lives,” Coach Rheo concluded.

Coach Rheo Reveals a New Method to Overcome Stress and Trauma

Coach Rheo Reveals a New Method to Overcome Stress and Trauma

Liputan6.com, Jakarta – Everyone experiences stress at some point in life. However, not everyone is able to cope with it effectively. Some people suffer for years, carrying unresolved problems that eventually affect many aspects of their lives. Current mental health treatments are sometimes considered inadequate and fail to provide the right solutions. In response to this, mental neutrality expert (P.Kn.M) Coach Rheo has introduced a new method for treating mental health issues. The therapy, called DOA-TRTO (Divine Oracular Assistance – Tension Releasing Therapy Online), offers a different approach to mental healing.

The DOA-TRTO method is claimed to be distinct from other mental health therapies because it emphasizes mental neutrality. A neutral mental state is described as healthy, normal, and free from emotional burdens. Coach Rheo stated that DOA-TRTO can help heal various psychological and mental disorders. He shared this during a workshop session held in Central Jakarta on May 27, 2023.

Common Mental Health Issues

According to Coach Rheo, one of the most common mental health problems he encounters is anxiety about the future. “The most common issues are anxiety about the future, overthinking at work, relationship problems, and many others,” Coach Rheo said in a statement received by Liputan6.com. For relationship-related issues, he explained that only one or two therapy sessions are usually needed. Meanwhile, other mental health problems can generally be neutralized in just a single session.

Learning from Personal Experience

Coach Rheo’s approach is rooted in his own personal experience with mental health struggles. He revealed that he once suffered from a mental condition that persisted for 12 years. “I used to be terrified of heavy rain and constantly imagined negative scenarios whenever it rained, my car getting trapped in floods, damaged, and other fears. I was extremely anxious,” Rheo recalled. Whenever there was heavy rain, he would park his car in a nearby building and take a taxi home, returning the next day to retrieve his vehicle. “My life was not normal, until I finally recovered through this therapy,” he said.

Eliminating Emotional Burdens Completely

One of the key principles of the DOA-TRTO method is the complete removal of emotional burdens. According to Rheo, this is what sets it apart from other techniques that tend to compromise or coexist with mental stress. Emotions that are not eliminated but merely controlled can continue to cause stress because the emotional burden remains stored in the body, sometimes for years. Rheo also believes it is misguided to give positive interpretations to emotional burdens. “That’s why we often hear phrases like ‘making peace with emotions,’ ‘controlling emotions,’ or ‘allowing emotions to pass.’ These approaches encourage people to live alongside negative emotional burdens,” he explained.

According to him, the only true solution to mental burdens is to remove them entirely, allowing the body to return to its original state, free from emotional weight. “Only then can we fully live our lives again without negative emotions. This is what I call the moment of liberation, a state of complete freedom from mental burdens,” Coach Rheo concluded.
